2013 Builders Exchange Annual Golf Outing – September 16

The 2013 Builders Exchange Annual Golf Outing will be held on Monday, September 16 at Wildwood Country Club, 5000 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY. In addition to being a fun day for all members, the outing will once again generate funds for our scholarship program.  We encourage you to be a sponsor, receive lots of good publicity, and at the same time be contributing to a great cause.

The outing is open to all Builders Exchange member firms and their guests.  The outing is always a very enjoyable event and one that you will want to attend. We will once again include morning and afternoon rounds of golf, refreshments, and relaxation.  Lunch and dinner will be served and there will be door prizes, golf prizes, etc.

There will be two golf flights and both will be scrambles.  The morning tee time will start at 8:00a.m., and the afternoon tee time will start at 1:30p.m.  Space in both flights will be limited and golfers will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The driving range will be open and available for your use beginning at 7:30a.m.  We will have a putting contest, mulligans, and a “poker run” to add more fun to the festivities.  Golfers in the morning flight need to be at the pro shop no later than 7:45a.m. and those in the afternoon flight need to be at the pro shop no later than 1:10p.m. to register.  Green fees with a cart are $60 per person.  The green fees and cart rental will be billed to your firm.

2013sponsorsA buffet luncheon will be served from 11:30a.m. to 2:00p.m. on a “dutch-treat” basis.  The cost will be $15.00 per person and Builders Exchange will bill member firms for those who eat.  Please indicate on the reservation form those who will have lunch in order for arrangements to be made.

Dinner will be served at 7:00p.m., and the cost will be $25.00 per person.  Payment for dinner tickets must be remitted with your reservation blank.  Dinner tickets will be mailed to you upon receipt of your reservation blank and check.  Immediately following dinner, the golf and door prizes will be presented.  Please complete and return the reservation sheet as soon as possible.  We must know of your intentions no later than September 9th.   We look forward to seeing you on September 16th!
