FINAL WORKSHOP AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY
6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
This workshop represents the conclusion of the educational component of the Bonding Education program and focuses on solidifying the bondability of the contractor and exploiting contracting opportunities through contacts and networking.
Sam Carradine (Development & Diversity Consultant for The Surety & Fidelity Association of America and Former President of the National Minority Contractors Association) will present “Managing Growth – Why Some Contractors Succeed and Others Fail.”
Andy Barber, P.E. (Transportation Engineer Specialist with the KYTC and Deputy Project Manager for the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project) will give an update on the construction phase of the Bridges Project and other contracting opportunities with KYTC.
